1. What happens to my warrant - Rights Issue, Bonus Issue, Special dividend and other corporate actions?

Right Issue: The exercise ratio and strike price will adjust accordingly

Bonus Issue: The exercise ratio and strike price will adjust accordingly

Special Dividend: If the dividend is above 2%, the exercise ratio and strike price will be adjusted accordingly

2. What happens to my warrant - Normal dividend?

Following the ingredient on warrants, issuer has already priced in normal dividend when pricing the warrants. 

3. What happens to my warrant – Ex-dividend?

No changes for normal dividend, but will have adjustment in exercise ratio and strike price for special dividend (above 2% from underlying price following bursa requirement)
