NagaWarrants 2020 Mandarin Contest
The following terms and conditions shall be applicable to Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (Registration No. 197301002193 (15678-H ) (“KIBB”) “NagaWarrants 2020 Mandarin Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
 

Terms and Conditions

Organiser & Eligibility
1. By participating in the contest, all participants are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and further agree that any decision by KIBB and any organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including the prizes to be given away and the determination of the winners shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protest (whether verbal or written) will be entertained.
2. The NagaWarrants “2020 Mandarin Contest” is organised by NagaWarrants on WhatsApp.
3. This Contest is open to Malaysians (including Permanent Residents), living in Malaysia except:
  • Individuals below the age of 18;
  • Permanent and /or contract employees of Kenanga Group* ;
  • Immediate family members of employees of Kenanga Group; and
  • KIBB remisiers, spouse(s) and their immediate family members.
Any entry submitted by participants who do not meet this requirement shall be deemed invalid.
*Kenanga Group is known as Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad and its group of companies.
4. Business partners, agents of Kenanga Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to take part in this Contest.
5. No repeat winners.

Contest Period
1. The Contest starts on the 15 January 2020 and ends on the 21 February 2020 at 5:30pm (“Contest Period”). All entries received after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

How to Participate
This is a Contest on WhatsApp and questions will be sent to participants’ WhatsApp.
Step 1: Participants must message “I'm In” to +6017 214 5177. The questions will be shared through WhatsApp every week.
Step 2: Participants must reply NagaWarrants and answer all 5 questions correctly when the questions are sent through WhatsApp.  
   

Prize Details
1. A total of fifty (50) winners will be selected by NagaWarrants – ten (10) winners each week. Winners will be announced 2 days after the questions are asked.
2. Every week, first 10 traders to answer 5 questions correctly will get a free regular Chatime drink worth RM7.90 each (“eVoucher”). The winners will be announced on a weekly basis, two (2) days after the questions are posted. The eVoucher will be sent to winners’ WhatsApp within 14 days after the announcement.
3. The eVoucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant and those terms and conditions shall be applicable in addition to these Terms and Conditions contained herein.
4. KIBB’s reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reason whatsoever and without having to inform any parties regarding the matter.
5. KIBB’s decisions in relation to this Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding, and the participants shall agree to abide by Kenanga Group’s decisions with respect to all aspects in connection with this Contest. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to not challenge and/or object to any decisions made by KIBB in connection with the Contest.
6. Winners will be announced 2 days after the questions are released. In the event that the participant is unreachable within 3 days after the announcement, declines or is unable to participate for any reason whatsoever, the participants will be disqualified, and a new winner will be re-selected. The new winner shall be notified via WhatsApp direct message on the following Monday.
7. KIBB reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained herein at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
8. By participating in this Contest, participants shall be deemed to have given consent to KIBB to collect, process and use the participant’s personal data in accordance with KIBB’s personal data protection notice (which is available at https://kenanga.com.my/pdpa/) or for the purposes of this Contest at its sole and absolute discretion, for advertising and publicity purposes.
9. This Contest is not associated with WhatsApp.
10. KIBB shall not held liable and/or responsible for any loss, damage or any other form of liability in whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by any participant resulting directly or indirectly from participating in this Contest or resulting from the acceptance of the eVoucher.
11. The winner shall be responsible to pay taxes including but not limited to sales and services tax and any other charges, expenses or fees relating to any of the prizes unless stated otherwise. KIBB shall not be held liable for any taxes.
12. The eVoucher is non-transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.
