Asian stocks dropped on the report that unemployment rate in Japan rose more-than estimated to 5.3% in June. Nikkei fell 1.64%, HSI down 0.3% and STI fell 0.33%. FBM KLCI on the reverse rose 2.51points 1,360.92.
Europe inflation accelerated by 1.7% in July from a year ago due to higher energy cost and jobless rate stays at 10% for the fourth consecutive month.
Tanjong will cancel its listing in London Stock Exchange effective on August 27.
