Asian stocks rose bolster by the better than estimated stress test result. Nikkei rose 0.77%, HSI up 0.12% while STI dropped 0.22%. FBM KLCI rose 6.14 points to 1351.82.
South Korea GDP increased 1.5% in the second quarter, more than 1.3% estimated by economists polled by Bloomberg.
Genting was upgraded to "buy" by Goldman due to positive momentum at its Singapore casino. Structured warrants on the counter are GENTING-CP, GENTING-CQ, GENTING-CR, GENTING-CS, GENTING-CT, and GENTING-JA.
